360
panoramic image showing a
very thirsty 360 photographer taken from an unusual angle. I really MUST
get a haircut soon!
Another panoramic
showing the pub from a normal angle.
I wanted to take
some interior panoramic pictures of the pub, but it was a very busy Sunday
afternoon and it was just not realistic, so I had a pint of very cold
cider instead!
The walk from King
John's Palace Ruins is a bit risky, as the pedestrian footpath gets
narrow in the village centre and through traffic from the A614 & A1 absolutely
thunders past. I nearly got wiped out a few times, so take care and wait
for the infrequent breaks in the almost constant stream of fast moving
traffic. The 30 MPH speed limit seems to be ignored completely.
